Our Story
UNIQ-U ("unique-you") was founded in 2011 by two passionate individuals equipped with natural leadership and marketing acumen. It all started with one great idea. Inspired by the same vision of creating a better world through the power of creativity, the two believe they have what it takes to revolutionize the world and make it better through their creations.
In its first month, UNIQ-U products were launched across six Fully Booked Branches with only three products across Metro Manila. With the customer's clamor for both Duster and Pen, Wrist Pad innovations over Christmas time, Fully Booked agreed to quickly offer the UNIQ-U brand to its other branches. In no time, UNIQ-U's reach was doubled, serving 14 Fully Booked Outlets in less than three months offering over a hundred unique products to its customers today. A few months later, UNIQ-U was distributed in I-GIG, Promenade to address the growing demands of gadget lovers of today's generation. Early in 2012, UNIQ-U co-sponsored a programming competition at the Ateneo de Manila University as part of its belief that education has the power to unleash the ability to create. This was followed with a desire to tap into pet lovers in The Purple Groom Store at Tiendesitas for those who support one of the company's CSR campaigns, "Bones for a Cause". In 2013, the company proudly launched its very own brand, Tokyo Finds which is specialized in offering one of a kind digital accessories. Whether a technologist, a book lover, a pet lover, a traveler, a student, a professional, regardless of your occupation, UNIQ-U serves as a reminder that everyday you become a medium of your own creativity either at home, at school, at work, or at play.
